REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 808, DATED DECEMBER 21, 1961, WHICH REVOKED PROCLAMATION NO. 404, DATED JUNE 27, 1953, AND RESERVING THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN FOR CITY HALL PURPOSES OF THE CITY OF LEGAZPI

By virtue of the authority vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 808, dated December 21 1961, which revoked Proclamation No. 404, dated June 27, 1953, and reserve the land embraced therein for City Hall purposes under the administration of the City of Legazpi, subject to private rights, if any there be, situated in the City of Lepazpi.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 8th day of May, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-two, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the sixteenth.
