ALIENS DETAINEES' VISA EXTENSION AND PROVISIONAL PERMIT TO WORK

Applications for visa extensions and provisional permit to work of detainees and persons apprehended for violation of immigration laws shall be exclusively processed and acted upon by the Office of the Commissioner.

Let the Commissioner as well as the Deputy Commissioners be furnished a list of detainees daily by the Chief of the Intelligence Division.

This shall take effect immediately.
