ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 68 -99

Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. ROLANDO T. LITERATO, Presiding Judge of the 2nd Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Taganan-Sison, Surigao del Norte is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the 9th Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Gen. Luna - Pilar and the 11th Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Sta. Monica - Burgos both in Surigao del Norte, in addition to his present duties, without additional compensation except the reimbursement or travelling expenses with per diems, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders from this Court. He shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.

This order revokes the designation of Judge Victor A. Canoy pursuant to Administrative Order No. 47-99 dated May 31,1999.
