DECLARING TUESDAY, JANUARY 25, 2011 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARIGARA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE

WHEREAS , Tuesday, January 25, 2011, marks the 440 th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte;

WHEREAS , in order to give the people of the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare January 25, 2011 as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III , do hereby declare Tuesday, January 25, 2011, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte.
