DECLARING MONDAY, 18 SEPTEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VICTORIA, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 18 September 2023, Monday, the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Oriental Mindoro will mark the celebration of its 70 th Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Victoria be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, , LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 18 September 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Victoria, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
