AN ACT MODIFYING THE PRESENT BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN THE PROVINCES OF SURIGAO AND DAVAO BY ANNEXING THE BARRIOS OF PALO-ALTO AND SAN ROQUE, MUNICIPALITY OF CATEEL, DAVAO, TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF LINGIG, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:
SECTION 1. The present boundary line between the Provinces of Surigao and Davao is hereby modified by annexing the barrios of Palo-Alto and San Roque, municipality of Cateel, Province of Davao, to the municipality of Lingig, Province of Surigao.
SEC. 2. All acts or parts of act in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
