Export License/Certificate of Origin Covering Shipments to Germany

Anent our memorandum no. 90-14 dated 5 September 1990, please be advised that exporters whose goods are consigned to a bank will still have to indicate only the actual buyer in box 5 of the EL/CO with an asterisk and an accompanying notation somewhere at the bottom of box indicating the concerned bank.

Please be guided accordingly.
