TO: The Secretary of National Defense

In order to farther protect the interests of the Government in the Iligan Integrated Steel Mills, Inc. and in furtherance of Letter of Instructions No. 27, dated October 14, 1972, you are hereby ordered to take over and control the assets of the following corporations:

Jacinto Steel Incorporated

Jacinto Iron and Steel Sheets Corporation

J & P Shipping Corporation

Beatriz Marketing and Trading Corporation (all of which are located at Pereyra Building, Magsaysay Boulevard, Santa Mesa, Manila)

Perro Products, Incorporated Vicente Madrigal Building Ayala Avenue, Makati, Rizal

Done in the City Manila, this 28th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-two.
