DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS , Friday, February 1, 2008, marks the 58th Foundation Day anniversary and the 1st Cabanatuan City Longganiza Festival;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, February 1, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan.
