AN ACT PROVIDING FUNDS FOR THE EXPENSES OF THREE COMPANIES OF PHILIPPINE SCOUTS DETAILED ON RINDERPEST QUARANTINE DUTY IN THE PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA AND FOR THE SALARY AND EXPENSES OF TWO LIVE-STOCK INSPECTORS.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Legislature, that:

SECTION 1. The sum of seven thousand five hundred pesos is hereby appropriated for the payment of the expenses of three companies of Philippine Scouts, and the salary and traveling expenses of two live-stock inspectors, all detailed on rinderpest quarantine in the Province of Pampanga.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect March first, nineteen hundred and fourteen.
