CLOSURE OF ROUTES ALONG QUIRINO HIGHWAY, NOVALICHES

In line with the Memorandum dated 02 April 1998 of Department of Transportation and Communications Undersecretary Primitivo C. Cal, the Board hereby closes the following PUJ routes to new applications, to wit:

1. Novaliches-Palmera 2. Novaliches-Grotto 3. Novaliches-Sapang Palay

This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
