DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, TARLAC

WHEREAS , Tuesday, July 1, 2003, marks the Foundation Day Anniversary of the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Tuesday, July 1, 2003, as a special day in the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
