PRESCRIBING UNIFORM FEES FOR PORT OF MANILA ANCILLARY PERMITS ISSUED ON A PER VESSEL/TYPE/DELIVERY BASIS

In order to establish a PDO-wide standard rate for PPA Special Permits which are issued to ancillary operators in connection with their services on a per vessel, per type or per service delivery basis, the uniform fees to be followed at PMO-South Harbor, MICT and PMO-North Harbor are hereby prescribed as follows:

1.

SPECIAL PERMIT ON VIDEO/FILM SHOOTING (Film shooting for TV, movies, advertisements, etc.)

P300 00

2.

SPECIAL/TEMPORARY PERMIT

(For Operators/Companies with pending PTO application; those with temporary business transactions inside the port; special permits for tours, banking/money changer, postal/ philatelic, phone patch services, etc.)

P300 00

3.

SH Port Ancillary Service Operations (PASO) Permit

P25.00

4.

MICT Maritime Services Permit (MSP)

P25.00

5.

NH Special Permits Issued by Marine and Safety Unit

P25.00

The corresponding Value-Added Tax (VAT) shall be collected in addition to these prescribed PDO-wide uniform fees.

This Order shall take effect April 01, 2000.
