SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF EM MARAPAO CONSTRUCTION

In view of the rescission by the OIC-District Engineer, Agusan del Sur Second Engineering District on August 21, 1990, of the contract of EM MARAPAO Construction for the construction of 3 Multi-Purpose Concrete Pavements at Sta. Josefa, Agusan del Sur due to intolerable negative slippage incurred, the said EM MARAPAO Construction and its proprietor are hereby suspended/blacklisted from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the Department and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year from date of rescission.

In addition, all concerned are ordered not to release any sum of money to EM MARAPAO Construction pending with its rescinded contract without prior clearance from this Office.
