EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 239 - AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 135, DATED DECEMBER 31, 1937, AS AMENDED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 194, DATED MARCH 13, 1939, ESTABLISHING A CLASSIFICATION OF ROADS.
