WITHDRAWAL OF CUSTOMS MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 232-98 DATED 13 JULY 1998

In view of the new information and reasons stated in the letter of Atty. Antonio M. Albano dated 03 August 1998 counsel for Montebueno Marketing, Inc., to the effect that there is a pending Civil Case No. 2637 entitled "Montebueno Marketing, Inc., Liong Liong C. Sy and Sabrosa Foods, Inc. versus Del Monte Corporation — USA, Paul E. Derby, Jr., Daniel Collins, Luis Hidalgo and Dewey Ltd." before the Regional Trial Court, Branch 74, Malabon, Metro Manila, Customs Memorandum Order No. 232-98 dated 13 July 1998 is hereby withdrawn immediately.
