AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 95-014 (MORATORIUM ON ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATIONS FOR TAXI SERVICE IN BAGUIO)

Paragraph 2 of Memorandum Circular No. 95-014 is hereby amended to read as follows:

"x x x, the acceptance of applications for taxi service in Baguio and the rest of Region I is hereby suspended until further orders, x x x."

This amendatory Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
