TO INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL MEMBER TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby increase the membership of the Executive Committee of the National Security Council as embodied in Executive Order No. 13 dated February 24, 1966 and reconstituted under Executive Order No. 396 dated June 19, 1972, to include the Secretary of Education as an additional member.

Done in the City of Manila, this 14th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-two.
