DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 23, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BATANGAS CITY

WHEREAS , Friday, July 23, 2004, marks the 35th Foundation Day anniversary of Batangas City;

WHEREAS , it is fitting and proper that the people of Batangas City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO . Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Friday, July 23, 2004, as special (non-working) day in Batangas City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
