RETENTION OF MC 712-2006 DATED 27 MARCH 2006 AND RECALL OF MC 712-2006A ON GUIDELINES IN THE REGISTRATION OF REBUILT MOTOR VEHICLES

In order to avoid confusion among the LTO Regional/District/Extension offices in the interpretation and implementation of office policies specifically on Guidelines in the Registration of Rebuilt Motor Vehicles, it is hereby ordered that MC 712-2006 dated 27 March 2006 be RETAINED for guidance and observance by all officials and employees concerned and that MC 712-2006A is hereby RECALLED effective immediately.

All orders and memoranda issued in conflict herewith are deemed superseded. For strict compliance.
