LIFTING OF THE SUSPENSION OF ALVIN CONSTRUCTION AND CONTRACTOR

Inasmuch as the suspension/blacklisting of Alvin Construction and Contractor under Department Order No. 203 dated September 21, 1990 is for one year only and the same had already expired, the suspension/blacklisting of said contractor is hereby lifted effective this date.
