[ DOLE DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 17, June 28, 1996 ]

REGISTRATION OF LABOR ORGANIZATIONS

In the interest of the service, all Certificates of Registration issued by the Bureau of Labor Relations and the Regional Offices as a result of approved applications for registration by labor organizations shall be forwarded to the Secretary of Labor and Employment for his signature.

Those coming from Regions 6 to 14 shall be done through the fastest means of transportation.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
