REVISED SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES

Executive Order No. 197 issued on 13 January 2000 by His Excellency, President Joseph Ejercito Estrada, directs all offices of government to increase rates of fees and charges by not less than twenty per cent (20%).

In compliance with the provisions of the said Executive Order, the Board has adopted a revised Schedule of Fees and Charges which shall be applied for all transactions with the Board beginning 15 May 2000.

A copy of the new schedule is attached for reference.

This Memorandum Circular supersedes Memorandum Circular No. 98-17.
