TAIWAN’S MINIMUM WAGE FOR 2014

The Council of Labor Affairs (CLA) of Taiwan has announced the new minimum wage adjustments for 2014.

Beginning 01 January 2014, the minimum hourly wage of NT$109 for parttime workers will be increased to NT$115. On the other hand, the monthly minimum wage of NT$ 19,047 for monthly paid workers will be increased to NT$19,273 from 01 July 2014 onwards.
