DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 JANUARY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, on 23 January 2025, Thursday, the Province of Bulacan will mark the anniversary of the inauguration of the First Philippine Republic which took place at the Barasoain Church, Malolos, Bulacan;

WHEREAS, it it but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 23 January 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
