CERTIFICATE OF ACCOUNT CLEARANCE FROM MIAA-FINANCE DEPARTMENT

The Manila International Airport Authority pursuant to Its Resolution No. 90-06, has requested the Air Transportation Office to require all aircraft owners with outstanding accounts with said agency to secure a Certificate of Account Clearance from the MIAA-Finance Department before the issuance of a Certificate of Airworthiness.

The accounts are aircraft operations related and valid airport charges. It has accumulated through the years. Its non-settlement has limited the airport authority funds to improve safety condition of the aircraft operational areas.

Effective April 1, 1990, therefore, the Air Transportation Office will start requiring the Certificate of Account Clearance from the MIAA-Finance Department in the annual re-licensing and/or transfer of aircraft ownership.

All aircraft owners, or operators concerned are, therefore, hereby requested, either to start settling or making arrangement for the settlement of their outstanding accounts with said agency, in order that they will not encounter any inconvenience during the annual relicensing/certification, or in transferring the ownership of their aircraft.

Please be guided accordingly.
