EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN PLATE NUMBERS FROM THE OMVSP PROGRAM

Effective immediately, you are hereby directed to allocate and release all plate numbers manufactured within the series to the concerned regional office except those with numerical suffixes of 100 and 168 which are assigned to the Central Office. Hence- forth, only the following combinations are considered Special Plates under the OMVSP Program, to wit:

Combination of any triple/non-triple alphas + two (2) numeric character combinations 01-99;

Combination of any triple/non-triple alphas + any triple (3) numeric characters; and

All other numbers requested not within the series manufactured.

All previous orders and memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.
