[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 223, March 21, 1970 ]
RECONSTITUTING THE FINANCIAL POLICY COMMITTEE
In order to integrate into one body all functions pertaining to fiscal, financial and government investment policies, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby reconstitute the Financial Policy Committee created under Executive Order No. 97, dated October 26, 1967, to include the following:
Secretary of Finance Commissioner of the Budget Chairman, National Economic Council Governor, Central Bank of the Philippines Chairman, Development Bank of the Philippines General Manager, Government Service Insurance System President, Philippine National Bank Chairman, Board of Investments Administrator, Social Security System The Director-General, Presidential Economic Staff The Financial Policy Committee shall perform, in addition to its functions listed in Executive Order No. 97, dated October 26, 1967, the functions of the Fiscal Policy Council created under Executive Order No. 236 dated February 13, 1957, and the Special Committee on Government Investments, created under Executive Order No. 33 dated July 21, 1966, both of which bodies are hereby abolished.
Done in the City of Manila, this 21st day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy.
