AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT, DATED 19 NOVEMBER 2013 AND THE SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENT THERETO, DATED 29 AUGUST 2014, ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANILA AND GLOBAL GOLDGOAL, INCORPORATED

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. The Memorandum of Agreement, dated 19 November 2013, entered into by and between Global Goldgoal, Inc., duly represented by its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and the City Government of Manila, duly represented by the Chief Executive of the city, particularly described as Document No. 118, Page no. 25, Book No. IV, Series of 2013, entered in the Notarial Register of Atty. Lucas V. Sugui, a notary public for and in the City of Manila, and the subsequent amendment in the Memorandum of Agreement above described, dated 29 August 2014, entered into by and between the same parties, particularly described as Document No. 130, Page No. 27, Book No. 1, Series of 2014, entered in the Notarial Register of Atty. Neil L. Salcedo, a notary public for and in the City of Manila, is hereby ratified by the City Council of Manila.

SEC. 2. The above-cited Memorandum of Agreement and the subsequent amendment thereto, shall form an integral part of this Ordinance.

SEC. 3 Effectivity Clause. — This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on April 28, 2015.
