LTFRB'S REVISED FEES AND CHARGES

Pursuant to the provisions of Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 121, dated 02 November 1990, as implemented by Department Order No. 66-90 of the Department of Finance, the following fees and charges are hereby authorized to be imposed and collected from any public service or applicant in the authorization, supervision and/or regulations of public services:

The revised rates as herein prescribed shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines and takes effect fifteen (15) days after the last publication.

All Memorandum Orders, Circulars and other administrative issuances in conflict with this Department Order are hereby deemed revoked, amended or revised.
