SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF PANDA CONSTRUCTION

In view of Office Order No. 1, Series of 1991 dated May 3, 1991 issued by the Office of the City Engineer, Region V, Iriga City suspending/blacklisting Panda Construction for its failure to deliver the construction materials for the construction of a Lateral Drainage, along Iriga-Buhi Road (Phase I), the said Panda Construction and its proprietor is hereby suspended/blacklisted for a period of one (1) year from participating in any bidding or entering into any contract with the DPWH and its line agencies.

Strict compliance herewith is enjoined.
