DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 22 NOVEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, on 22 November 2023, Wednesday, the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija, will celebrate the annual festival of thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan to be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR ., do hereby declare Wednesday, 22 November 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
