DIRECTING CONTINUED NEGOTIATIONS FOR A $110 MILLION LOAN FROM THE SAUDI ARABIA DEVELOPMENT FUND
TO: The Minister of Labor and Employment The Minister of Planning
In order to expand training opportunities for the Muslim population, you are hereby directed to pursue negotiations towards securing a $110 M. loan from the Saudi Arabia Development Fund. This loan is specifically being sought to set up training centers in Zamboanga, Dipolog, Marawi, Cotabato and Sulu for Muslin workers.
You are to submit a report on the implementation of this directive within thirty (30) days.
