SPECIAL HIRING PROGRAM FOR TAIWAN-NAME HIRING OF DOMESTIC HELPERS/CARETAKERS

Consistent with the thrust of the Special Hiring Program for Taiwan to maximize Philippine share in the job opportunities offered by the Taiwan government to foreign manpower, name hiring of domestic helpers/caretakers and other skills through the POEA name hire facility shall be allowed up to a maximum of FIVE (5) workers per employer/principal. Requests for manpower in excess of FIVE shall require accreditation of the employer/principal and processing of employment documents through the private sector.

This Order shall take effect March 1, 1993.
