Amending Section 19-E, Chapter Vii of Revised Rules and Regulations

Pursuant to Resolution No. 89-01-01 as adopted by the Board in its Regular Meeting on January 30, 1989. Section 19-E, Chapter VII of the Revised Rules and Regulations have been amended to include the following provision. 2. Dealers shall only accept erased or blank tapes for re-taping or re-dubbing and removal of their labels, if any.

Corollary to the foregoing, the VRB enjoins all video establishments to accept only those approved, properly dubbed, or labeled videograms by the Board or erased or blank tapes, removed of their labels, if any, as deposits from customers.

This shall take effect immediately.
