DECLARING TUESDAY, 09 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAIS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 09 September 2025, Tuesday, the City of Bais, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of its 57 th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bais be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 09 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bais.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
