DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 4, 2005 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ

WHEREAS, Monday, July 4, 2005, marks the 38th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Cadiz;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, July 4, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 1st day of July, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Five.
