STANDEES FOR FILMS CLASSIFIED AS “PG-13”

The BOARD has been receiving reports that some theaters do not put up the required standees, particularly in the case of movies classified as “PG-13” under the 1998 MTRCB Implementing Rules and Regulations.

All theater owners and managers are hereby reminded that in case of movies classified as “PG-13”, the standees should read as follows:

“PG-13” (Children below 13 allowed only if accompanied by parent or an adult.)”

The BOARD shall not hesitate to impose the corresponding sanctions for failure to comply with this memorandum circular.
