AMENDING CIRCULAR NO. 1266 DATED DECEMBER 19, 1990

<DIV ALIGN=JUSTIFY>The Monetary Board, under its Resolution No. 809 dated July 26, 1991, decided to amend Circular No. 1266 so as to repeal the prohibition on residents of the Philippines from engaging in transactions with entities controlled by the Government of Kuwait.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
