AN ACT TO REPEAL THE FIRST PARAGRAPH OF SUBSECTION (D) OF SECTION FOURTEEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-NINE OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ELEVEN, KNOWN AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

SECTION 1. The first paragraph of subsection (d) of section fourteen hundred and ninety-nine of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Administrative Code, as amended, is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.

Approved, December 2, 1924.
