DESIGNATION OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES WHO MAY BE GRANTED DEFERMENT OF THEIR TRAINEE INSTRUCTION FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED THREE YEARS

Upon the recommendation of the Chief of Staff, Army of the Philippines, and pursuant to the provisions of section sixty-four (a) of Commonwealth Act Numbered One, I hereby designate the following officers and employees who may be granted deferment of their trainee instruction for not to exceed three years:

Municipal treasurers, school teachers, postmasters, telegraph operators, weather observers, and such other officers and employees of the Insular, provincial, municipal, and municipal district governments who may present certificates from their respective bureau chiefs to the acceptance boards to the effect that they cannot be relieved without detriment to the service.

Done at the City of Manila, this seventh day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-six, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the first.
