TO: The Secretary of National Defense The Acting Commissioner of the Budget

SUBJECT : Relative to the Salary Increases of Military Personnel

You are hereby directed to study and recommend on the level and structure of compensation of military personnel, including disability benefits. In this study, you will take into consideration the compensation levels of other government personnel, funds available for the purpose, as well as compensation studies for military personnel.

You are likewise directed to recommend on the rules and regulations to insure the smooth implementation of the salary increases.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 16th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Seventy-Five.
