DECLARING THURSDAY, 16 JULY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALILIPOT, PROVINCE OF ALBAY

WHEREAS, on 16 July 2026, Thursday, the Municipality of Malilipot, Province of Albay will mark the celebration of the Lubid Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malilipot be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 16 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malilipot, Province of Albay.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
