LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF JCS CONSTRUCTION

In consideration of the request of Ms. Justina C. Serrano, Owner, JCS Construction to lift the order of suspension/blacklisting imposed on her firm under Department Order No. 127, Series of 1991, and it appearing that she has already served the penalty for a period of one (1) year, the request is hereby approved effective this date.
