TEC REVALIDATION/AMENDMENT, SPLIT AND CONSOLIDATED VISAS AND LICENSES

Please be advised that the Board in its meeting of February 15, 2000 approved the following:

1. Limit to only once (1) requests for TEC revalidation

2. Limit to only once (1 ) the number of times an export may request for amendment of TEC

3. Limit to only once (1) requests for split or consolidated TEC's/Visas/Licenses

This Memorandum will take effect on March 1, 2000.
