WALK-IN TESTING FOR APPLICANTS FOR INSURANCE AGENT’S EXAMINATIONS

Effective February, 1985, the Insurance Commission shall conduct walk-in tests for applicants for insurance agents’ examination every Tuesday and Thursday at 1:00 to 4:00 P.M. only, at the premises of the Insurance Commission Building. Due to the limited space available, walk-in applicants will be processed on a first – come first – served basis. Walk-in applicants cannot be guaranteed a seat; however, every attempt will be made to accommodate as many walk-in applicants as possible.

Walk-in applicants shall submit/present the following:

Certificate of good moral character;

Sworn statement by the applicant that he/she has been trained in the kind of insurance contemplated in the licensed desired;

Xerox copy of naturalization papers and original copy for verification, if applicant is a naturalized citizen of the Philippines;

Two (2) identical 1” x 1” head photographs of the applicant recently taken.

Identification card/papers.

Upon admission, walk-in applicant’s will be required to pay an examination fee of P20.00 and a walk-in fee of P30.00.
