SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF NEWCO CONSTRUCTION

In view of the rescission of the contract of NEWCO Construction, contractor for the concreting of Abra-Kalinga Road, Km. 413 + 782.55 to Km. 415 + 682.55, Tayum, Abra, for its failure to start the works, the said construction firm and its proprietor are hereby suspended/blacklisted from entering into any contract or participating in any bidding with this Department and its line agencies for a period of one (1) year effective immediately. All concerned are also ordered not to release any sum of money to NEWCO Construction unless and until its obligation to the government arising from its rescinded contract is fully and finally settled.
