FILING FEES

By virtue of Section 5 (j) of Executive Order No. 202, dated June 19, 1987, the Board hereby fixes the filing fees for the following applications for franchises to operate public utility vehicle services, to wit:

1. For applications for issuance of Provisional Authorities (PA’s) - P210.00 for the first 5 units plus P35.00 for each additional unit in excess of 5.

2. For applications for Dual Service - P420.00 for the first 5 units plus P35.00 for each additional unit in excess of 5.

Dual Service may be allowed for PUJ or Mini-bus units with PUJ body designs or configurations.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
