REGISTRATION OF IMPORTED BRAND NEW AND USED MOTOR VEHICLES

In the best interest of the service and effective immediately, all initial registration of imported brand new and used motor vehicles except for those motor vehicles imported pursuant to the Motor Vehicle Development Program (MVDP) of the government shall be issued Certificate of Stock Reported (CSR) only at the Registration Section, Central Office and to be registered only at LTO Diliman District Office.

Renewal registration can be done at any LTO district office upon presentation of a Bureau of Customs (BOC) clearance issued by the BOC-LTO One-Stop-Shop.

All orders inconsistent with this Memorandum shall be deemed repealed.
