IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW NUMBER SCHEME FOR MC AND TC PLATES

Pursuant to the provisions of Batas Pambansa Bilang 43, Batas Pambansa Bilang 74, and Republic Act No. 4136, amending Section 9, Paragraph B of Administrative Order No. 3 dated 24 September 1980.

SECTION 1. Motorcycle License Plate. MC/TC - The plate numbering scheme of the Land Transportation Office for two or three wheeled motor vehicle shall be numeric alpha as shown under the following example:

SECTION 2. Schedule of Registration - That the schedule of Registration that was prescribed in Administrative Order No. 3, dated 24 September 1980 shall remain in effect.

SECTION 3. Effectivity - This amendment shall take effect on March 31, 2004.

SECTION 4. Repealing Clause - Any Administrative Order, rules and regulations, memoranda, circulars which are in conflict herewith are hereby deemed superseded, modified, amended or repealed.
